6. Repair Service Policy
Our technicians take great care when repairing devices. However, customers should understand the following:
Before Repair
Customers are responsible for:
- Backing up all personal data before submitting a device.
- Removing passwords or providing access where necessary for testing.
- Removing SIM cards and memory cards unless otherwise instructed.
TechCareHub is not responsible for loss of data during the repair process.
Repair Warranty
Where applicable, repairs may include a limited warranty covering defects in workmanship or replacement parts supplied by TechCareHub.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage after repair
- Liquid or water damage
- Accidental damage
- Software issues caused by third-party applications
- Customer misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications by another party
Repairs That Cannot Be Completed
In some cases, devices may have hidden or additional faults discovered during diagnosis.
If further work is required, we will contact you before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
If a repair cannot be completed due to underlying hardware failure or previous damage, diagnostic or labor charges may still apply where communicated in advance.
7. Returns for Repaired Devices
If a repaired device develops the same fault covered under our repair warranty, we may inspect the device and, where appropriate:
- Re-perform the repair,
- Replace the defective part, or
- Provide another suitable remedy.
Refunds for completed repair services are generally not available simply because the customer changes their mind after the repair has been successfully carried out.
8. Refund Conditions
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as TechCareHub cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
